Armed Forces Day Parade 2015

The 67th Annual Armed Forces Day Parade occurred on Saturday May 16, 2015 in downtown Bremerton.  As always, the event was an amazing atmosphere of patriotism and pride in the greatness of our beloved country.  The Bremerton Chamber of Commerce notes that this is the largest Armed Forces Day parade in the nation!

To great applause, members of the Kitsap Patriots Tea Party walked with the Kitsap Rifle & Revolver Club (KRRC) as invited at our April 2015 meeting.  Together, we will show Kitsap County that we will not forfeit our inalienable rights.

Mothers Day 2015 Recap

Mother’s Day weekend, a large group of patriots met at Naval Base Kitsap – Bangor’s Trigger Avenue Gate in support of our troops.  A group of protestors were up to their annual antics at the Main Gate they call a “vigil/action”.  We offered our soldiers an alternate, friendly welcome to the base, so they didn’t have to drive through the protestors.  Like last year, we were warmly received by our troops, their families, base security, and all passers by.  Thank you patriots for standing strong for our troops as they stand strong for us!

Kitsap Libertarian Party Kickoff Meeting

As announced during open-mic at our April 2015 meeting, Kitsap County now has an official Libertarian Party.  Whether you agree, disagree, or are undecided, you are welcome to attend their first meeting Thursday May 07, 2015.

KRRC Draws Line in the Sand

As we announced, the Kitsap Rifle & Revolver Club (KRRC) held an emergency membership meeting on Wednesday April 29th to determine the course of action based on actions taken by the Kitsap County government.  It was one of the largest membership meetings in club history!  Via Facebook, KRRC announced that, by UNAMINOUS vote, they will courageously take a bold stand for our Constitutional rights!

Emergency KRRC Meeting 04/29/2015

KRRC Emergency Meeting 042915As we reported and Kitsap Rifle & Revolver Club (KRRC) explained on their website, shooting activities have been ordered to be ceased by Kitsap County Superior Court Judge Roof.

Executive Officer, Marcus Carter, made a special appearance at the Kitsap Patriots Tea Party April 27, 2015 meeting.  Mr. Carter explained the recent legal happenings and personally invited all Kitsap Patriots Tea Party members (KRRC members or not) to KRRC’s emergency club meeting to decide the course of action going forward.
