Bremerton High School football coach, Joe Kennedy, announced that he and the Liberty Institute have filed a formal complaint to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) against the Bremerton School District.  The filed complaint provides the reason for filing:

According to its website: “The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is responsible for enforcing federal laws that make it illegal to discriminate against a job applicant or an employee because of the person’s race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information [Emphasis Added].”  The EEOC will defend Islam and the objectives of CAIR in court; will they also defend the rights of Christians?
